Rigatoni alla Siciliana – Rigatoni with Eggplant, sundried tomatoes, Bufala

Fettuccini Gamberi & Capesante all’ Arancia – Fettuccine, Wild caught Shrimp &
Diver Scallops in a light Grand Marnier cream sauce
Pollo alla Francese – Chicken in a light egg batter, finished in a lemon butter sauce,
served over spaghetti
Pork Chop – 10 oz Pork Chop stuffed with prosciutto & smoked Mozzarella in a
light cherry pepper roasted garlic sauce, served with vegetables of the day
