Chef Antonio Navarra

Antonio Navarra is a Chef with five decades of experience in the food and beverage business. Born in Siano, Italy, he moved to Massachusetts in 1970. In 1991 him and his family moved to Orlando and opened Ciao Italia Ristorante.

Antonio has never changed his love for authentic products and quality meats. He uses only the freshest and best ingredients and makes an annual trip to his homeland to revitalize his menu. His restaurants Ciao Italia, as well as sister restaurant Vincenzo Cucina Italiana stay updated in food trends that occur in his native Italy.

His “Farm to Table” approach creates the best flavors for his menu, and the Stuffed Veal Chop is always requested from his loyal followers who call him from all over the country to make sure that it is on the menu when they arrive in Orlando.

With his dedication to all that he prepares, as well as the dedication of his children Vanessa and Carmen, it’s easy to see why this family-owned restaurant has been a favorite since 1991.
