Our Story
When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia on Westwood Boulevard in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy to Orlando: make great Italian food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.
More than 35 years later, Ciao Italia remains locally owned and operated by the Navarra family. Located near International Drive, SeaWorld Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center, we have become a longtime destination for Orlando locals and visitors looking for authentic Italian food away from the chains.
Our food is prepared the way it has been for generations. Pasta is handmade in-house, sauces are prepared fresh, and dishes are cooked to order using traditional Italian recipes and quality ingredients.
Guest favorites include our homemade Lasagna Bolognese, signature Risotto alla Pescatora with shrimp, mussels, clams and calamari, handmade pastas, Linguine ai Frutti di Mare, Australian lamb chops, red wine braised short rib, veal, chicken and fresh seafood.

Ciao Italia is open 7 nights a week for dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Ciao Italia is moderately priced ($$). Pasta dishes are $19–$27, entrees $24–$44. The $13 kids menu includes gelato. Most guests find it excellent value for homemade Italian.
