SeaWorld Orlando sits along International Drive, one of the most heavily trafficked tourist corridors in Central Florida. The park itself offers quick-service dining inside, but once you leave for the day, the surrounding area is packed with chain restaurants, buffets, and tourist traps competing for your attention.

Finding a genuine, independent restaurant near SeaWorld takes a little local knowledge. The I-Drive strip is long and busy, and most of the restaurants along it cater to volume rather than quality. Families who have spent all day at the park deserve better than another overpriced chain meal.

Ciao Italia Ristorante is a family-owned Italian restaurant located on Westwood Boulevard, just a few blocks south of SeaWorld. The Navarra family opened the doors in 1991 and has been serving the same homemade recipes ever since. Fresh pasta made daily, sauces that simmer for hours, and bread that comes out of the oven warm.

The restaurant is casual, welcoming, and built for families. There is no dress code, the kids menu includes gelato, and you can walk in most nights without a reservation. It is the dinner spot that locals recommend to their friends visiting the parks.

How to Get to Ciao Italia from SeaWorld

Ciao Italia is about 3 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando, roughly half a mile south on International Drive. When you exit the park, head south on I-Drive and turn right onto Westwood Boulevard. The restaurant is on your left with a free parking lot in front. If you are using a rideshare, tell your driver 6149 Westwood Boulevard. The ride is short enough that it barely registers on the meter.
