Most restaurants in Orlando call a curtained-off corner a "private room." Ciao Italia has an actual private dining room with its own entrance, separate from the main restaurant. Your group walks in, sits down, and never sees the rest of the dining room.
The room seats up to 60 guests. For events that need the entire restaurant, a full buyout accommodates up to 110. Either way, the Navarra family has been hosting private events here since 1991 and they know how to make it work.
After a day at SeaWorld, your group deserves something better than fighting for a table at a chain. Walk into your own room, sit down to homemade Italian food, and let someone else handle the details.
We build custom prix fixe menus for private events. Choose from courses that include bruschetta, charcuterie, homemade lasagna, seafood risotto, chicken parmigiana, lamb chops, and more. Every dish is made from scratch in our kitchen.
Large platters served to the center of the table. Guests pass dishes around and help themselves. This works especially well for celebrations where you want the table to feel connected and relaxed.
Homemade tiramisu and gelato to close the evening. If you are celebrating a birthday or milestone, let us know and we will coordinate the timing.
Birthday dinners, anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, corporate team dinners, family reunions, graduation parties, and holiday gatherings. If you have a group and a reason to celebrate, the private room is yours.
We have hosted everything from intimate dinners of 20 to full restaurant buyouts for over 100. The kitchen handles it all with the same made-from-scratch approach whether it is 15 people or 60.

We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. Popular dates fill quickly.
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring decorations, banners, and your own cake. Let us know ahead of time and we will have the room set up before your guests arrive.
