1. Billing
Ciao Italia Ristorante will charge for the guaranteed number of guests or the number served, whichever is higher.
2. Room Charge
The minimum food and beverage requirement for private dining varies depending on the season and room selected.
3. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable.
4. Menu Selection
Your chosen menu must be finalized at least 14 days before the date of the event. Ciao Italia Ristorante retains the right to replace an entrée with one of equal or greater value should the number of guests increase.
5. Guest Guarantee
For all events, confirmation of the number of guests is required 5 days before the event date. Guest count cannot be cut in half. If no confirmation is received, the initial expected number stated in the contract will be the definitive count.
6. Food & Beverage Policy
All food and beverages must be procured and prepared by Ciao Italia Ristorante. The sole exception is for cakes, which incur a $15 fee for cutting and plating.
7. Leftovers
Food from guests who did not attend cannot be packaged for take-home.
8. Tax & Gratuity
All Private Dining functions include an additional 20% service fee and a 6.5% sales tax as per Florida state regulations.
9. Entertainment Policy
Ciao Italia Ristorante does not allow any form of loud entertainment on the premises unless there is a complete buyout of the venue and management has approved.
10. Decorations
Approval from management is required for all decorations. All displays must adhere to fire and safety regulations. The client must remove all decorations before departure.
11. Parking
Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests.
12. Theft and Damages
The client agrees to be responsible for any damage to or theft of property by the client or the client's guests. Ciao Italia Ristorante will assume no financial responsibility for damaged or stolen property brought to the facility by the client or outside vendors.

By submitting your credit card information for a deposit, you authorize Ciao Italia Ristorante to charge $500 to your credit card account. This charge may be processed immediately or at a specified later date. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


To secure the room, a signed Private Dining Contract and a nonrefundable deposit of $500 is necessary. This deposit will be credited to your final bill on the evening of the event.
