How many guests can Ciao Italia accommodate for a private event?

Our private dining room seats up to 60 guests. For larger events, a full restaurant buyout accommodates up to 110 guests. Private luncheons are available for groups of 15 or more by special arrangement.

What is the difference between the private dining room and a full buyout?

Our private dining room gives your group a dedicated space separated from the main floor — you'll have your own server and space while the rest of the restaurant remains open. A full buyout gives your group exclusive use of the entire restaurant with no other guests present.

Does Ciao Italia do luncheons?

Yes — Ciao Italia is open for private luncheons by special arrangement. We are not open to the public for lunch, but private groups of 15 or more can book the restaurant or private dining room for daytime events including corporate luncheons, award ceremonies, bridal showers, and graduation celebrations.

What menus are available for private events?

We offer three group menu packages: Menu 1 at $60 per person, Menu 2 at $70 per person, and Menu 3 at $80 per person. All menus include family-style appetizers, choice of entrée, assorted mixed pastries, and coffee & tea. Prices are plus 6.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Is a deposit required?

A $500 deposit is required to secure your date. Please contact our events team at (407) 354-0770 to discuss full deposit and payment details for your specific event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for Friday and Saturday evenings and holiday periods. Popular dates fill quickly. For luncheons, at least 2–3 weeks' notice is preferred.

Is Ciao Italia near the Orange County Convention Center?

Yes — we are located at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive, just 1 mile / 5 minutes from the OCCC. We are a top choice for convention group dinners, corporate dining, and conference event meals.
