What does a full restaurant buyout at Ciao Italia include?

A full restaurant buyout gives your group exclusive use of the entire restaurant — every table, every seat, the full kitchen, and a dedicated events team. No other guests will be present. You get complete control of the space, including custom seating arrangements, AV setup, and décor coordination.

How many guests can a full buyout accommodate?

A full restaurant buyout at Ciao Italia accommodates up to 110 seated guests. We can configure tables and seating arrangements to suit your event — banquet style, individual rounds, U-shape, or any custom layout you need.

What is the cost of a full restaurant buyout?

Full buyout pricing is based on your selected menu package: Plated dinners range from $60 to $80 per person, Family Style from $50 to $70 per person, and Buffet at $60 per person. An optional Bar Package is available at $28 per person. All prices are plus 6.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity. A $500 deposit secures your date.

Can I bring outside decorations or hire a DJ for a full buyout?

Yes — with a full restaurant buyout you have complete flexibility. You can bring your own decorations, flowers, balloons, banners, and custom signage. We can also accommodate DJs, live musicians, photo booths, and other entertainment. Our events team will coordinate setup logistics with you in advance.

How far in advance should I book a full restaurant buyout?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for a full buyout, and earlier for Friday/Saturday evenings, holidays, and convention season. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak tourist and convention periods near the OCCC.
