Does Ciao Italia provide on-site catering for holiday parties?

Yes. All catering is served on-site at our restaurant on International Drive. We do not offer off-site catering. Your group dines in our private dining room (up to 60 guests) or in the entire restaurant via full buyout (up to 110 guests).

What is the difference between plated, family-style, and buffet catering?

Plated ($60-$80/pp): each guest orders their entrée. Family Style ($50-$70/pp): large platters served to the center of the table for sharing. Buffet ($60/pp): guests serve themselves from a curated Italian buffet. All include appetizers, dessert, and coffee.

Can we customize the catering menu for dietary restrictions?

Yes. Our kitchen accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific needs. Communicate dietary requirements when booking so our chef can prepare customized options for your holiday party.

How does Ciao Italia handle the timing of courses for catered holiday events?

Is the $50/pp starting price all-inclusive for holiday catering?

The $50/pp price covers the Family Style Classica menu including starters, salad, three entrées, dessert, and coffee. Tax (6.5%) and gratuity (20%) are additional. The Bar Package ($28/pp) is an optional add-on.
