Can Ciao Italia host our entire wedding reception?

Yes. A full restaurant buyout gives you exclusive use of the entire venue for up to 110 guests. The authentic Italian setting creates a romantic backdrop - without the impersonal feel of a hotel ballroom.

Do you provide wedding coordination or just the venue and food?

Our events manager coordinates all dining logistics - menu selection, seating arrangements, timing of courses, and setup. For overall wedding coordination, we recommend your own planner.

Can we set up a head table and dance floor?

With a full buyout, we can rearrange the space for a head table, sweetheart table, gift table, and open area for dancing.

What wedding menu do you recommend?

Plated Menu 2 ($70/pp) is our most popular wedding option with Sacchetti al Filetto, Vitello Piccata, or Salmone Toscano. Family Style Rustica ($60/pp) is also popular for a communal feast.

Can we have a wedding cake instead of your desserts?

Our menus include assorted mixed pastries, coffee, and tea. You are welcome to bring your own wedding cake and we will handle cutting and plating.

How far in advance should we book a wedding reception buyout?

We recommend 3-6 months in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. A $500 deposit secures your date.
