What Is on the Catering Menu

The same dishes our dinner guests love, now in party trays. Lasagna baked with beef Bolognese, mozzarella, and bechamel. Chicken parmigiana with hand-breaded cutlets and marinara. Pappardelle with slow-braised wild boar ragu. Braised short rib in cognac cream.

Start with antipasto, caprese, or calamari trays. Add Caesar or house salad. Finish with our full-tray tiramisu or limoncello cake. Everything is scratch-made in our kitchen — not reheated, not frozen, not from a commissary.
