Ciao Italia catering trays are pickup only — and that is by design. Every tray leaves our kitchen on International Drive at the right temperature, sealed and ready to serve. No third-party driver. No mystery van. You pick it up, you control it, your guests eat it fresh.
Pickup hours are 2 to 5 PM daily at 6149 Westwood Blvd, Orlando FL 32821. We are on International Drive near SeaWorld, the convention center, and dozens of hotels. Whether you are heading to a house party in Dr. Phillips or a corporate suite near the OCCC, we are on the way.
Place your order through our online catering menu or call (407) 354-0770. Every tray is listed with pricing, serving size, and description. Half trays feed 8–10 guests and full trays feed 16–20. The $300 minimum applies to all orders.
Same-day orders placed by 11 AM are ready by 5 PM. Need trays for tomorrow or later in the week? Order any time before close and we will have everything prepared. When you arrive for pickup, pull into our free parking lot and come to the front. Our team will have your trays packed, labeled, and ready to carry out.
Pickup is at our restaurant located at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive in Orlando, FL 32821. Free parking is available in our lot. Come to the front entrance during pickup hours.
Catering tray pickup is available daily from 2 PM to 5 PM. Please arrive within this window to collect your order.
Yes. Orders placed by 11 AM are ready for pickup by 5 PM the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be ready the following day.
No. All catering tray orders are pickup only. This ensures every tray leaves our kitchen fresh, properly sealed, and at the correct temperature. We do not use third-party delivery services.
Each tray is sealed in a full-size aluminum pan with a fitted lid. Trays are labeled with the dish name and reheating instructions. We pack everything in bags for easy transport to your car.
Yes. Ciao Italia has a free self-parking lot right at the restaurant. You can park, walk in, and our team will have your order ready to carry out.
