We came here after a long day at SeaWorld with the kids still in their swimsuits. Nobody cared. The veal piccata was unbelievable and the parking lot was right there. Best Italian we had all week.

The Magical Dining Menu
Braised spareribs, veal piccata, sacchetti pasta, and homemade Italian desserts.
About Ciao Italia & Magical Dining
The Magical Dining menu at Ciao Italia starts with a choice of three appetizers. The Insalata Caesar comes with house-made dressing and baked croutons, topped with parmigiano. Add anchovies for $4, shrimp for $9, or filet tips for $9.
The Caprese features beefsteak tomatoes with bufala mozzarella and organic basil in extra virgin olive oil. Simple, fresh, and exactly what Italian food should be.
The Bruschetta is toasted crostini with tomatoes, garlic, onion, and basil, topped with parmigiano and EVOO. A classic starter that has been on the Ciao Italia menu for years.
The main courses are where the Magical Dining menu really shines. The Brasato features braised spareribs in a red wine reduction with sundried tomato polenta and asparagus. Fall-off-the-bone tender.
The Vitello Piccata is veal scaloppine with artichokes, capers, lemon butter sauce, mashed potatoes, and spinach. Bright, elegant, and deeply satisfying.
The Sacchetti al Filetto brings truffle cream sacchetti pasta with parmigiano cream sauce and filet mignon. Add crab for $10 or shrimp for $9.
All desserts at Ciao Italia are made in-house. The Tiramisu is ladyfingers soaked in espresso, layered with mascarpone, and dusted with cocoa. The Limoncello Mascarpone Cake uses the restaurant's own limoncello.
The Chocolate Torta is a chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate fondant and covered with chocolate chips. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for $5.
Three desserts, three completely different experiences. Every one of them a perfect ending to a $40 three-course meal.
We do Magical Dining every year and Ciao Italia is always our pick. The prix fixe menu is incredible value for the quality. Authentic Italian since 1991.
