About Ciao Italia & Magical Dining
Every dish on the Ciao Italia Ristorante Magical Dining menu was personally selected by the Navarra family. These are not random items pulled from the regular menu. These are the dishes the family is most proud of, the ones guests request again and again.
The Brasato has been a signature since the early days. The Vitello Piccata showcases the restaurant's skill with veal. The Sacchetti al Filetto represents the best of Ciao Italia's pasta program.
At $40 for three courses, the Magical Dining menu is the best way to experience what over 35 years of Italian cooking has produced.
Some prix fixe menus pad the courses with simple salads and forgettable desserts. The Ciao Italia Ristorante menu has no filler. The Caprese uses beefsteak tomatoes and bufala mozzarella. The Bruschetta is topped with parmigiano and extra virgin olive oil.
Main courses include actual braised spareribs in red wine reduction, real veal scaloppine, and truffle cream pasta with filet mignon. These are not scaled-down portions.
Desserts are all made in-house. Tiramisu with real espresso and mascarpone. Limoncello cake with the restaurant's own limoncello. Chocolate torta with chocolate fondant.
