Our scratch-made Italian catering trays are built for evening events — the kind of food that looks impressive on a table and tastes like someone spent all day in the kitchen. Lasagna, chicken parmigiana, penne alla vodka, eggplant parm — every tray is made fresh by our kitchen team on International Drive.
Pick up your trays between 2 and 5 PM. That gives you time to set up, reheat, and have everything ready when your guests arrive. Most dinner hosts pick up around 3 or 4 PM, plate the food at home, and serve by 6 or 7. The trays come sealed in aluminum pans with reheating instructions, so everything stays hot and looks great.
For a dinner party of 20, two full trays plus a half tray gives you variety and coverage. Start with a full tray of lasagna as your anchor, add a full tray of chicken parmigiana, and throw in a half tray of penne alla vodka for the pasta lovers. That combination feeds everyone with room to spare.
For larger dinner events — 40, 60, or 100 guests — scale up with more full trays. Our online menu shows every option with pricing and serving sizes.
