Orlando has plenty of catering options, but most come with hidden fees, service charges, and mystery pricing. At Ciao Italia, what you see is what you pay. Half trays generally range from $55 to $75 and feed 8 to 10 guests. Full trays range from $100 to $140 and feed 16 to 20. The $300 minimum keeps orders at a real group size.

The minimum order is $300. Most group orders of 3 to 4 trays meet this amount. There are no hidden fees or service charges.
For 30 guests, plan on a mix of full and half trays totaling roughly $500 to $700. Two full entree trays, a full pasta tray, and a salad tray cover most groups.
No delivery fees because we do not deliver. All catering orders are pickup only from our International Drive restaurant. The price on the menu is the price you pay.

Our trays are scratch-made by a 4.6-star restaurant kitchen, not a catering warehouse. For the quality you get — house-made Bolognese, hand-breaded chicken parm, fresh pasta — the per-person cost is very competitive with generic catering services.
