Staying at an Orlando hotel and need Italian food for your group? Ciao Italia has been on International Drive since 1991, and our catering trays are built for exactly this situation. Whether you are in a suite at the Hilton, a block of rooms at the Rosen, or a vacation rental nearby, our scratch-made trays feed your crew without the cost of a private dining reservation.
This is pickup-only catering — we do not deliver. You order online, pick up from our restaurant at 6149 Westwood Blvd on I-Drive, and bring the trays back to your hotel. Lasagna, chicken parmigiana, pappardelle, fettuccine Alfredo, penne alla vodka, and more. Half trays feed 8 to 10, full trays feed 16 to 20.
Most I-Drive hotels are within a 5 to 10 minute drive of our restaurant. Order your trays online in the morning, head to the parks or your conference, and swing by between 2 and 5 PM for pickup. Same-day orders placed by 11 AM are ready by 5 PM.
The $300 minimum is designed for real group orders. A few trays of pasta and a couple of entree trays handle 20 to 40 guests easily. Check with your hotel about their policy on outside food in suites or meeting rooms — most are accommodating, especially for larger groups.

The minimum order is $300. For hotel groups of 15 to 20 guests, a mix of 3 to 4 trays easily meets the minimum. Half trays start around $55, full trays around $100.
Hotel policies on outside food vary by property. We recommend checking with your hotel front desk before ordering. Most hotels accommodate outside catering for suite or meeting room events.
Lasagna and chicken parmigiana are our most popular choices. Add a pasta tray like fettuccine Alfredo and a Caesar salad tray for a complete Italian spread that serves easily in a hotel setting.
