Plans changed. The caterer fell through. You just found out 30 people are coming tonight. Whatever the reason, Ciao Italia has you covered. Place your order by 11 AM and your scratch-made Italian party trays will be ready for pickup by 5 PM the same day. No advance notice needed. No deposit required for tray orders.
This is real Italian food made from scratch in our kitchen on International Drive — not frozen trays pulled from a warehouse. Lasagna layered that morning. Chicken parm breaded and baked fresh. Penne alla vodka simmered with San Marzano tomatoes. Same recipes the Navarra family has served since 1991, just packed in trays instead of plated at a table.
Step one: browse our online catering menu or call (407) 354-0770 before 11 AM. Step two: choose your trays — half trays feed 8–10, full trays feed 16–20. Step three: pick up between 2 and 5 PM at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive. That is it. No paperwork, no contracts, no event planner needed.
The $300 minimum applies to all orders. For a last-minute party of 20, three full trays gets you there. Most customers call between 9 and 10 AM for same-day orders, so the earlier you call the better. If you miss the 11 AM cutoff, your order will be ready the next day for pickup during the same 2–5 PM window.
Place your order by 11 AM for same-day pickup. Trays will be ready by 5 PM. Orders placed after 11 AM will be prepared for next-day pickup.
Call us at (407) 354-0770 as early as possible. If you order before 11 AM, trays are ready by 5 PM. We cannot guarantee faster turnaround, but call and we will do our best.
No. There is no rush fee or surcharge for same-day orders. The only requirement is that you place your order by 11 AM. Pricing is the same whether you order a week ahead or the morning of.
Our full catering tray menu is available for same-day orders — lasagna, chicken parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana, penne alla vodka, pappardelle, meatballs, sausage and peppers, veal, and more.
No deposit is required for catering tray orders. You pay when you pick up your trays. The $300 minimum order applies.
Yes. For very large same-day orders, call as early as possible so our kitchen can prepare everything. We can handle orders for 50, 80, or 100+ guests if the order is placed by 11 AM.
