Orlando has no shortage of restaurants that claim to serve Italian food. Ciao Italia Ristorante is the real thing. The Navarra family has been cooking authentic Italian food on International Drive since 1991, and the Magical Dining menu is a testament to that authenticity.
The Caprese uses bufala mozzarella and beefsteak tomatoes. The Brasato is braised spareribs in a proper red wine reduction. The tiramisu is made with real espresso and mascarpone. Nothing is faked.
