Planning a private event in Orlando and need food that actually impresses? Ciao Italia has been cooking scratch-made Italian food on International Drive since 1991. Now you can bring our kitchen to your celebration with party-sized catering trays.
Whether it is a birthday party at home, a baby shower at a rented venue, or a backyard gathering with friends, our half trays and full trays are built to feed groups without the stress of cooking. Lasagna, chicken parmigiana, pappardelle, veal — the same dishes we have served for 35 years, packed and ready for pickup.
Ordering is simple. Browse our catering menu online, choose your trays, and place your order. Half trays feed 8 to 10 guests, full trays feed 16 to 20. The $300 minimum means you are covered for any group size that matters. Same-day orders placed by 11 AM are ready by 5 PM.
Pickup is available daily between 2 and 5 PM at our restaurant: 6149 Westwood Blvd, right on International Drive. No delivery — we keep it pickup only so every tray leaves our kitchen at peak quality. Wine and beer are available for purchase separately.
Any private event works. Birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, engagement parties, holiday gatherings, and more. Our Italian catering trays feed groups of any size with a $300 minimum order.
Half trays feed 8 to 10 guests and full trays feed 16 to 20. For a party of 40, two full trays of a pasta and two full trays of an entree is a solid starting point. Our online menu helps you build the right order.
Yes. Place your order by 11 AM and your trays will be ready for pickup by 5 PM the same day. For larger orders or specific timing needs, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.
No. All catering tray orders are pickup only from our restaurant at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive, Orlando. Pickup hours are 2 to 5 PM daily. This ensures every tray leaves our kitchen fresh and at peak quality.
Our catering menu includes lasagna, chicken parmigiana, pappardelle, fettuccine Alfredo, penne alla vodka, veal piccata, eggplant parmigiana, and more. Every dish is scratch-made in our kitchen by the same team that has cooked on I-Drive since 1991.
The minimum order is $300. Half trays start around $55 to $75 and full trays range from $100 to $140 depending on the dish. Most private event orders easily meet the minimum with 3 to 4 trays.
