When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.

The Salmone Toscano is pan-seared with Tuscan herbs — fresh fish, not frozen filets. The Calamari Saltati is sauteed in white wine lemon butter, not battered and deep-fried.
