Ciao Italia offers same-day catering with zero rush fees. Place your order by 11 AM and your scratch-made Italian party trays will be ready for pickup by 5 PM. The price is the same whether you order a week in advance or the morning of. No surcharges, no penalties, no fine print.
Our kitchen team on International Drive prepares every tray fresh the day of your order. Lasagna layered that morning. Chicken parmigiana breaded and baked to order. Penne alla vodka simmered with real cream and San Marzano tomatoes. Same recipes the Navarra family has served since 1991 — just ready faster than you expected.
The 11 AM cutoff gives our kitchen enough time to prepare your trays fresh and have them sealed, labeled, and ready by 5 PM. Call (407) 354-0770 or order online before 11 AM for same-day service. Orders placed after 11 AM will be ready for next-day pickup.
Pickup is available from 2 to 5 PM at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive. Our free parking lot makes it easy — pull in, pick up your trays, and head to your event. The $300 minimum applies to all orders, and our full catering menu is available for same-day orders.

No. There is no rush fee, surcharge, or premium for same-day catering orders. You pay the same tray prices whether you order a week ahead or the morning of.
