Hosting a small gathering? Ciao Italia's catering trays work for groups as small as 8 to 10 people. Our half trays are designed for intimate events — dinner parties, family get-togethers, book clubs, small office meetings, or any occasion where you want real Italian food without cooking it yourself.
A half tray of lasagna, a half tray of chicken parmigiana, and a half tray of penne alla vodka comfortably feeds 10 to 15 guests with variety. That combination meets our $300 minimum and gives you three different dishes to choose from. Every tray is made fresh in our kitchen on International Drive.
The $300 minimum is designed to ensure our kitchen can prepare quality trays for your event. For small groups, this typically means three to four half trays — giving you variety and enough food for everyone. Mix pasta dishes with proteins, or go all-in on your group's favorite.
Order online or call (407) 354-0770. Same-day orders placed by 11 AM are ready by 5 PM. Pickup is 2–5 PM daily at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive. Even for a small event, you get the same scratch-made Italian food that has earned Ciao Italia 4.6 stars and 4,000+ reviews.

Each half tray serves 8 to 10 people. For a small event of 10 guests, two half trays of different dishes provide variety and generous portions.

You can order any combination of trays, but the $300 minimum must be met. A single tray will not meet this minimum — plan on three or more half trays.
Our smallest tray is a half tray serving 8 to 10. For groups under 8, a half tray will provide generous portions with leftovers. The $300 minimum still applies.
There is no maximum. We handle orders from small gatherings of 8 to large events of 100+ guests.
