Our team is prepared for this — we have contingency plans including seating the guest of honor at a table in the main area briefly while the private room group gets settled. We have handled many surprise scenarios.

Can I bring decorations for the surprise?

Yes — bring balloons, banners, photos, custom signage, and any surprise decorations. Our team will help set up the room before guests arrive so everything is perfect for the big reveal.
