The Helios Grand Hotel is Universal's newest premium property, built for the Epic Universe crowd. The hotel restaurants will be polished and expensive. While the Helios Grand is brand new, Ciao Italia has been here since 1991. The Navarra family makes everything from scratch. The Risotto alla Pescatora is loaded with clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari — not the frozen seafood medley you get at a resort restaurant. The Pappardelle al Cinghiale with wild boar ragu and porcini mushrooms is rustic Italian at its best.
