Our Story
When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.
More than 35 years later, we are still here — locally owned, scratch-made, and proudly independent. No chains. No shortcuts. Just real Italian food on International Drive.

After a day at the parks — or a long afternoon by the pool — the last thing you want is another hotel buffet or another chain restaurant with laminated menus. Guests at Hotel Landy have a better option a short drive away on International Drive.
Ciao Italia Ristorante has been open since 1991. The Navarra family cooks everything from scratch, every night. Handmade pasta. Fresh sauces simmered all afternoon. Seafood that arrives daily. An Italian wine list and beer selection chosen to pair with the food. Dinner here is not a compromise — it is the highlight of the evening.
Start with Bruschetta on toasted ciabatta or Burrata with prosciutto di Parma and sundried tomato vinaigrette. Move to a handmade pasta — the Pappardelle al Cinghiale with wild boar ragu and porcini mushrooms, or the Tortellini with braised beef and truffle cream. For something lighter, the Salmone Toscano is pan-seared with Tuscan herbs.
Kids eat for $13 with gelato included. The Spaghetti and Meatball is a crowd favorite. Steak bites and Kids Ravioli are favorites. Upscale vibes, casual comfort. No dress code.
