Our Story
When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.
More than 35 years later, we are still here — locally owned, scratch-made, and proudly independent. No chains. No shortcuts. Just real Italian food on International Drive, 0.9 miles from the Orange County Convention Center.

Family Dining
A genuinely family-friendly Italian dinner should welcome the youngest person at the table just as comfortably as the adults. Ciao Italia Ristorante creates that atmosphere with highchairs, familiar Italian dishes and a relaxed approach to family dining. Parents can bring toddlers, school-age children and teenagers without feeling that they need to choose between good food and a comfortable experience.
The $13 children’s menu includes gelato, giving younger guests a complete dining experience to look forward to. Meanwhile, parents can explore handmade pasta, traditional Italian favorites, fresh seafood and specialty entrées. The restaurant balances upscale vibes with casual comfort, meaning attentive hospitality and enjoyable food without a requirement for formal clothing.
Ciao Italia has been family-owned since 1991 and is located at 6149 Westwood Boulevard near International Drive. With free parking and dinner service nightly from 5 to 10 PM, it is convenient for both local families and Orlando vacationers. Walk-ins are welcome, or reserve through OpenTable when you prefer to secure a table ahead of time.
