The food at Ciao Italia is different because it is made differently. Pasta is rolled and cut by hand. Sauces simmer for hours. Bread comes from the oven. Nothing is frozen, nothing comes from a bag, and the owner is in the kitchen. We are 3.2 miles from Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas — a 9 minutes drive. Both restaurants sit on International Drive, so the drive is a straight shot.

The menu covers all the Italian classics done right: lasagna Bolognese, chicken parmigiana, shrimp fettuccine, risotto alla pescatora, rack of lamb, veal piccata, and more. Every dish is portioned generously and priced fairly. The kids menu is $13 and includes gelato. Wine and beer available.
