The Chicken Parmigiana is breaded fresh with handmade breadcrumbs, pan-fried to order, and topped with house-made marinara and melted mozzarella. Not a frozen patty. Not a microwave reheat. A real cutlet, cooked when you order it.
The Risotto alla Pescatora is stirred to order with Arborio rice, loaded with fresh clams, mussels, shrimp, and sautéed calamari. It takes time because it is made right. The Linguine alle Vongole arrives with fresh clams in a white wine garlic sauce that smells like the Italian coast.
The Pappardelle al Cinghiale features wide handmade ribbons of pasta in a slow-cooked wild boar ragu with porcini mushrooms and pecorino.
