Discovery Cove gives you an incredible day. Dolphins, snorkeling, the lazy river, unlimited food and drinks from morning until the park closes. But when 5:30 rolls around and the gates close, you are standing in the parking lot with no dinner plan.
That is where we come in. Ciao Italia Ristorante opens at 5 PM every night. By the time you drive over from Discovery Cove, about five minutes, we are ready for you. Sit down, relax, and let the Navarra family take care of the rest of your evening.
We have been here since 1991. Over 4,000 reviews. Handmade pasta, fresh seafood, meats braised low and slow. This is not a quick bite on the way back to the hotel. This is a proper dinner that matches the quality of the day you just had.
After a full day in the water, you want something satisfying. Start with our bruschetta or charcuterie board. The seafood risotto is a standout, packed with fresh shellfish and finished with saffron. The homemade lasagna is rich and comforting. If you want something lighter, the linguine alle vongole is clean and flavorful.
The lamb chops and the red wine braised short rib are favorites for guests who want something hearty. Finish with homemade tiramisu or a scoop of gelato. Take your time. We are open until 10 PM.

No. Discovery Cove includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks throughout the day, but dinner is not part of the all-inclusive package.
