Can you accommodate corporate AV and presentation needs?

Yes. For corporate buyouts we can set up a projection screen, provide a microphone and podium area, and coordinate any audio-visual requirements. Our events team will work with your AV provider or help arrange equipment for your presentation, awards ceremony, or corporate meeting.

What corporate menu packages are available for a buyout?

We offer Plated Dinners ($60-$80/pp), Family Style ($50-$70/pp), and Buffet ($60/pp). All include appetizers, entrees, dessert, coffee and tea. An optional wine and beer package is available at $28/pp. All prices are plus 6.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Is free parking available for corporate groups?

Yes, Ciao Italia has free parking on-site for all guests. For larger corporate groups arriving by shuttle or charter bus, we can coordinate drop-off and pick-up logistics with your transportation provider.

Can we customize the seating layout for a corporate buyout?

Absolutely. With a full buyout you have complete control over the layout. We can configure tables for boardroom style, rounds, U-shape, theater, or any custom arrangement for up to 110 seated guests.
