When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.

By 7 PM you want a real dinner — not another hotel buffet, not another rubber chicken banquet plate. You want to sit down, order a glass of wine, and eat food that someone actually cared about making.
Ciao Italia Ristorante is a 10 to 15-minute drive from Marriott World Center. The Navarra family has been cooking authentic Southern Italian here since 1991. Handmade pasta, fresh sauces, real seafood. Linguine alle Vongole with fresh clams. Tortellini with braised beef and truffle cream. Braised short rib with sundried tomato polenta. Wine and beer to pair with everything. Open nightly 5 to 10 PM.
