What group sizes can Ciao Italia accommodate?

Our semi-private dining room seats 15-60 guests. A full restaurant buyout accommodates up to 110 seated guests with exclusive use of the entire venue.

Which menu style works best for large groups?

For groups over 30, Family Style menus ($50-$70/pp) are the most popular because every course is served to the center of the table. Buffet ($60/pp) works well for 50+ guests.

Can group members with dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes. Our kitchen prepares vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly dishes. We ask that dietary requirements be communicated in advance.

Do you require a pre-selected menu for group dining?

For semi-private and full buyout events, we ask that you select one menu package for your entire group. Guest entree choices within a Plated menu can be collected via a pre-order form.

Is there a time limit for group dining events?

We do not impose strict time limits. Most events run 2.5 to 3 hours. Extended hours can be arranged for full buyouts by special request.

Can we add wine and beer to our group dining event?

Yes. Our bar package is $28 per person and includes sommelier-selected wines plus imported and domestic beers. Ciao Italia serves wine and beer only.
