When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.

Thanksgiving dinner on November 26, 2026, will follow our regular evening schedule of 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Our approach is centered on scratch-made Italian cuisine, traditional recipes, and a welcoming dining room. Guests can enjoy the holiday in a restaurant with upscale character while keeping the occasion comfortable and informal.
One reason to choose Ciao Italia is the variety available at dinner. Guests can order Australian rack of lamb, seafood, risotto, veal piccata, and chicken parmigiana, while pasta lovers can enjoy scratch-made selections and lasagna bolognese. These are part of our regular Italian menu, not replacements created for a one-night holiday package.
Our kitchen will also prepare specials of the day for guests interested in exploring additional options. We will not be serving a separate Thanksgiving menu or requiring a prix fixe purchase. Families can also take advantage of our $13 children's menu, including gelato. Wine and beer are offered for guests who want a beverage with their meal.
Located at 6149 Westwood Boulevard on International Drive, Ciao Italia is approximately three minutes from the Orange County Convention Center and only 0.5 miles from Aquatica Orlando. Guests staying near SeaWorld or along the southern International Drive corridor can reach our restaurant without traveling to another part of Orlando.
Free parking is available on-site, and no dress code is enforced. Guests can enjoy dinner in shorts without sacrificing the atmosphere of an established Italian restaurant. Absolutely. We have a $13 kids menu with gelato, highchairs available, casual atmosphere, and no dress code. Shorts welcome. The whole family is welcome.
