When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.

Thanksgiving
Ciao Italia Ristorante will be open for Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 26, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Guests looking for an Orlando restaurant serving dinner on the holiday can enjoy our regular Italian menu without having to prepare a large meal at home. We will offer evening dinner service rather than Thanksgiving lunch or brunch.
Our restaurant is located at 6149 Westwood Boulevard on International Drive, directly across the street from DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. The Navarra family has owned Ciao Italia since 1991, maintaining a tradition of scratch-made Italian cuisine and welcoming hospitality. Guests can plan a relaxing evening without formal attire requirements, as our restaurant has no dress code and welcomes casual clothing, including shorts.
Thanksgiving at Ciao Italia gives guests the freedom to enjoy the Italian food they already know and love. Our regular dinner menu includes lasagna bolognese, veal piccata, chicken parmigiana, Australian rack of lamb, risotto, and fresh seafood. Scratch-made pasta remains a central part of our dining experience, and additional specials of the day will be featured throughout the evening.
There will be no separate Thanksgiving menu, no traditional turkey dinner, and no mandatory prix fixe package. Parents can order favorite Italian entrées while children enjoy choices from our $13 kids menu, which includes gelato. Adults can accompany their meals with wine or beer. This regular-menu approach makes dinner simple for families who would rather celebrate together at a restaurant than coordinate a holiday meal at home.
Our International Drive location is convenient for residents, visiting relatives, and Orlando vacationers. We are approximately 0.9 miles from the Orange County Convention Center, 1.4 miles from SeaWorld Orlando, and 0.5 miles from Aquatica Orlando. These nearby destinations make it possible to enjoy Thanksgiving activities during the day before arriving for dinner.
Ciao Italia offers free on-site parking, eliminating the need to pay for a parking garage or valet service. Guests can make Thanksgiving reservations through OpenTable or call (407) 354-0770 to speak with the restaurant directly. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
