Start with the Burrata — imported burrata with prosciutto di Parma, arugula, and sundried tomato vinaigrette. The Calamari Saltati is sautéed (never fried) in white wine lemon butter sauce. For pasta, the Sacchetti di Filetto with truffle sage, parmigiano cream, and sliced filet is a standout. The Ravioli di Pesce — seafood ravioli in light tomato cream — is another.
For secondi, the Brasato — braised boneless short rib with red wine reduction and sundried tomato polenta — shows what happens when a kitchen takes its time. The Cernia alla Puttanesca features Gulf grouper with olives, capers, peppers, and tomato sauce. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is pre-made.
