Our Story
When Josie and Antonio Navarra opened Ciao Italia in 1991, they brought their Southern Italian family recipes and a simple philosophy: make great food from scratch, treat guests like family, and never take shortcuts.
More than 35 years later, we are still here — locally owned, scratch-made, and proudly independent. No chains. No shortcuts. Just real Italian food on International Drive, 0.9 miles from the Orange County Convention Center.

Family Dining
Pasta is one of those rare foods that brings different generations together. Children appreciate familiar flavors, parents enjoy comforting classics, and adventurous diners can discover more distinctive Italian preparations. At Ciao Italia Ristorante in Orlando, scratch-made pasta gives families plenty of reasons to gather around one table rather than choosing separate restaurants for different appetites.
The pasta menu includes traditional favorites alongside specialties such as pappardelle with braised wild boar, a signature dish associated with the restaurant for many years. Families can explore different sauces and preparations, while younger guests have a $13 children’s menu that includes gelato. Adults may also choose from seafood, veal and lamb entrées when they want something beyond pasta.
Family-owned by the Navarra family since 1991, Ciao Italia is located at 6149 Westwood Boulevard in the International Drive area. The restaurant provides highchairs, free parking and a welcoming no-dress-code atmosphere. Dinner is served seven evenings a week from 5 to 10 PM.
