Ciao Italia is one mile south of the OCCC — about 5 minutes by car or rideshare. We are located at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive in Orlando, FL 32821. Free self-parking is available for all guests.
Yes. Ciao Italia can host convention groups of any size from walk-in tables for 2-8 up to a full restaurant buyout for 110 guests. We offer a private dining room for 15-60 guests, semi-private dining for 20-50 guests, and full restaurant buyout for up to 110 guests. We have been hosting convention groups since 1991.
Plated dinner menus range from $60 to $80 per person with three tiers. Family-style options start at $50 per person (Classica), $60 (Rustica), and $70 (Grande Tavola). Buffet reception is $60 per person with a 20-guest minimum. A wine and beer bar package is available for $28 per person. All prices are plus 6.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity. A $500 deposit secures your date.
Yes. While Ciao Italia is not open for public lunch, we offer private luncheons by special arrangement for groups of 15 or more. This is ideal for convention breakout groups, award luncheons, team meetings, and networking events. Both the private dining room and full restaurant buyout are available for daytime events.
No. Come straight from the convention floor — no need to change. Ciao Italia has upscale vibes with casual comfort. Shorts, convention badges, and business casual are all welcome. No dress code, no pretension. Just great food in a beautiful setting.
Ciao Italia offers wine and beer only — we do not have a full bar or cocktails. Our bar package is $28 per person and includes a sommelier-selected red and white wine plus imported and domestic beer throughout your event. Wine and beer are also available by the bottle or glass.
