Ciao Italia is 1 mile south of the OCCC on International Drive — approximately 5 minutes by car. We are located at 6149 Westwood Blvd, Orlando FL 32821, with free self-parking. Convention attendees can be seated within minutes of leaving the convention center. We are also near several convention hotels including the Hyatt Regency, Hilton Orlando, Rosen Centre, and Embassy Suites.
Can we book a private dinner for our convention group?
Absolutely. We offer private dining for convention groups of any size up to 110 guests. Our private dining room seats 15 to 60 guests with a dedicated server. Semi-private dining accommodates 20 to 50 guests with a food & beverage minimum by season. Full restaurant buyouts are available for up to 110 guests. What are the group menu options?
We offer three group menu styles: Plated Dinner ($60–$80 per person) where each guest selects their own entrée from three choices with family-style starters; Family Style ($50–$70 per person) with large shared platters in Classica, Rustica, or Grande Tavola packages; and Buffet ($60 per person, minimum 20 guests) with a generous Italian spread. All menus include dessert plus coffee and tea. Our wine and beer bar package is $28 per person. Prices are plus 6.5% tax and 20% gratuity. A $500 deposit secures your date.
Do you accommodate large convention parties?
Yes. Our full restaurant buyout seats up to 110 guests — the entire restaurant is exclusively yours for the evening. This is ideal for large convention groups, corporate events, awards dinners, and holiday parties. For smaller groups, our private dining room accommodates 15 to 60 guests and our semi-private dining area seats 20 to 50. AV screens are available for presentations.
Can we do a private luncheon for a convention group?
Yes, by special arrangement. Ciao Italia is not open to the public for lunch, which means when you book a private luncheon for your convention group, you get the entire restaurant during hours we are normally closed. Available for groups of 15 or more. All group menu packages are available. AV screens can be set up for presentations. Located 1 mile from the OCCC — ideal for breakout meals, corporate luncheons, award ceremonies, and team meetings. A $500 deposit secures your date with 2–3 weeks notice preferred.
Is there parking at Ciao Italia?
Yes. Ciao Italia offers free self-parking in our lot. We are located at 6149 Westwood Blvd on International Drive, across from the DoubleTree by Hilton at SeaWorld. If your convention group is arriving by bus or shuttle, we can accommodate drop-offs at the front entrance. The restaurant is 1 mile from the Orange County Convention Center — a quick 5-minute drive south on International Drive.
What is the dress code at Ciao Italia?
There is no dress code. Come straight from the convention floor in your business attire, or show up in shorts and a T-shirt — you are welcome either way. The restaurant has upscale vibes and casual comfort. We are a real Italian restaurant, not a fine dining establishment with restrictions. The Navarra family has kept it this way since 1991.
How do we book a convention group dinner?

A $500 deposit secures your date. For convention season and peak periods, we recommend booking early, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings.
