Italian Seafood Orlando
Where fresh seafood meets homemade pasta. Family recipes from Italy, served in Orlando since 1991.
Where Italian Cooking Meets Fresh Seafood
Italian seafood is its own art form. It is not about heavy batter or deep fryers. It is about fresh ingredients, simple preparations, and letting the flavors of the sea shine through. That is exactly what we do at Ciao Italia Ristorante.
Our risotto alla pescatora ($36) is a showcase — Arborio rice slowly cooked with clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari. The linguine alle vongole ($25) is a classic Italian preparation with fresh clams, white wine, and garlic over homemade pasta. The cernia alla puttanesca ($43) is Gulf grouper with a bold sauce of olives, capers, peppers, and tomatoes.
Every pasta is made fresh. Every sauce is homemade. We have been doing this in Orlando since 1991, and the seafood dishes are some of the reasons our guests keep coming back.
